Who operates this site
CSCA Prep is operated by NiceFox, an independent education-technology studio (the team behind the NiceFox AI study companions at nicefoxai.com). We build self-study software for students. CSCA Prep is delivered entirely online through this website, csca.nicefoxai.com.
What the product is
- A self-service software subscription (SaaS): an original question bank, timed mock exams and automated, step-by-step explanations for the CSCA (China Scholastic Competency Assessment).
- All questions are original works written by us to the officially published CSCA syllabus, and pass a two-stage answer-verification process before publication.
- Explanations may be drafted or assisted by AI software and reviewed under our verification process. There are no live classes, no one-to-one tutoring and no consulting services in any plan — see Pricing for exactly what each plan includes.
What the product is not
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the CSCA examination authorities, the China Scholarship Council, or any university. For registration and official scores, use csca.cn.
- We do not sell official or leaked exam papers — official past papers are not published.
- We do not complete exams, homework or assignments for students, and we do not guarantee any score or admission outcome. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

We reply to every message within 3 business days. For billing questions, cancellations and refunds, emailing from the address you used at checkout — and including your order or receipt number — gets you the fastest answer. You can also cancel a subscription yourself at any time through the Creem Customer Portal link in your receipt email.
This same email address is shown in our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, and will appear on your payment receipts.
