1. Who is responsible

CSCA Prep is operated by NiceFox. For any privacy question, contact support@csca.nicefoxai.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your name and email address when you register.
• Study data: your answers, scores, mistake book and progress, so the Service can show your reports and adapt practice to you.
• Technical data: basic device, browser and usage information, and privacy-respecting analytics about which pages are visited.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our merchant of record / payment partners. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive confirmation of payment, plan and country for tax records.

3. How we use it

• To provide the Service: practice, mocks, scoring, reports and AI explanations.
• To operate your account and paid plan, and to provide support.
• To improve question quality and fix errors.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your study data for advertising.

4. AI features

Some explanations are drafted or assisted by AI systems. When explanation features run, the relevant practice item is processed by our AI provider. Do not type personal information (such as ID numbers or addresses) into any free-text field on the Service.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service (hosting, analytics, payment, AI), under their own privacy and security commitments, and where required by law.

6. Retention and your rights

Account and study data are kept while your account is active. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time via support@csca.nicefoxai.com; deletion requests are completed within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting law.

7. Who can use the Service

Most CSCA candidates are school students. If you are under the age of majority in your country, please use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian, who should make any purchase on your behalf.

8. Security and international processing

We use reputable hosting, payment and AI processors; some are located outside your country, so your data may be processed internationally for the sole purpose of providing the Service. We apply access controls and use encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout the site.

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to measure aggregate usage. We do not use advertising trackers.
