CSCA Prep ("the Service") is a digital study platform operated by NiceFox ("we", "us"). The Service is delivered entirely online through this website. Contact: support@csca.nicefoxai.com.
The Service provides original practice questions, timed mock examinations and automated, step-by-step explanations for students preparing for the CSCA (China Scholastic Competency Assessment). The Service is self-service software: it is delivered entirely online, and no plan includes live classes, one-to-one tutoring, or consulting services. The Service is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the CSCA examination authorities, the China Scholarship Council, or any university, and it does not provide official exam registration, official scores, or admission decisions. Practice scores and percentile estimates are indicative only and do not predict or guarantee any official result.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold, or used to scrape or redistribute the question bank.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
For any question about the Service, billing, cancellation or refunds, contact support@csca.nicefoxai.com. We respond to all support requests within 3 business days.
All questions, explanations, text and software on the Service are our property or used under licence, and are protected by applicable copyright law. "CSCA" is used descriptively only, to refer to the China Scholastic Competency Assessment.
Explanations and tutoring may be generated or assisted by AI systems. While every published question passes answer verification, AI-generated explanations can occasionally contain errors; if you spot one, please tell us at support@csca.nicefoxai.com and we will correct it.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, admission decisions, or indirect losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
