Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record on your receipt: it charges your card, calculates and remits sales tax / VAT where required, and issues your invoice. We accept the major international cards and other methods shown at checkout. Prices are in USD; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.
The One Subject plan renews automatically each month at $29.90 until you cancel. The Season Pass is a single payment for 120 days and never auto-renews. We will show the renewal price and date before you confirm any subscription.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, yourself, in either of two ways: (1) through the Creem Customer Portal using the link in your receipt email, or (2) by emailing support@csca.nicefoxai.com from your account email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. We reply to every support email within 3 business days.
First purchase not right for you? Email us within 7 days for a full refund to your original payment method — no reason needed. Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days if the plan was not used in the new period. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
